Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of $500 per cottage/suite/week is required at time of reservation and $300 for less than a week by: E-Transfer, VISA, or MasterCard or Debit if on site. Balance is due before or upon arrival. Please note that a 3% convenience fee will be applied to credit card payments.
Deposits will be refunded on cancellations received 60+ days prior to reservation, subject to a $75 cancellation fee per deposit. If the cancellation occurs within 30 -60 days of the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to another reservation of the same duration made at the time of the cancellation for a stay within the next 12 months. Deposit will be forfeited if subsequent reservation is cancelled.
Cancellations occurring within 30 days of a reservation will result in the full amount of the deposit being forfeited unless the cottage can be re-rented for the same time period as originally booked. Assuming the original time booked is fully re-rented, the client deposit will be refunded less 50% of the original deposit amount.
Guests wishing to depart before their reserved date of departure will not receive a refund for unused days.
