Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

A deposit of $500 per cottage/suite/week is required at time of reservation and $300 for less than a week by: E-Transfer, VISA, or MasterCard or Debit if on site. Balance is due before or upon arrival. Please note that a 3% convenience fee will be applied to credit card payments.

• Cancellations 60+ days prior to your reservation dates, deposit will be refunded on subject to a $75 cancellation fee per deposit.
• Cancellations within 30 -60 days of your reservation dates, deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to another reservation of the same duration made at the time of the cancellation for a stay within the next 12 months. Deposit will be forfeited if subsequent reservation is cancelled.
• Cancellations occurring within 30 days of your reservation dates will result in the full amount of the deposit being forfeited.
• Cancellations occurring within 7 days of your reservation dates will result in the full amount of the outstanding balance being charged unless the cottage can be re-rented for the same time period as originally booked.

Guests wishing to depart before their reserved date of departure will not receive a refund for unused days.
